It would be wonderful to have a charting card in PDC. Be able to see a list of open eforms/flow charts, and be able to click to launch into that application. This could make workflows out of PDC seamless and a one stop shop for some areas of the hospital.
I love the concept of the PDC but our staff do not use it, they live primarily out of flowcharts and e-forms. If there is a way to tie PDC to flowchart and e-forms....like a card to access, I could make a stronger case for them to use this as their base screen.
I was making a template for the ambulatory unit and the only thing missing is the ability to see what eforms and flow charts have been opened for the patient. If blank, they could click on an action to send them to flow charts or eforms. If they have a list on a card, they could double click on a specific eform or fc to enter into it right away. This combined with the current development of more review buttons on cards would be amazing.
