Allow Reference Lab Results To Be Auto-Released Without Review

Allowing customers to auto-release reference lab results would be a HUGE time savings to them. Obviously, we would need to have exception rules that would need to be implemented . If a patient's results exceeded a rule, an exception report would print out for the customer to manually review and release a patient's results. To have to sit and manually review each report takes a large amount of time away from the tech's ability to do something else. There is no need to review normal results or even abnormal results that aren't panic. Other systems that I have worked on have always offered this ability and it is again a huge time savings for the lab.
