Please take into consideration the benefit to having a profile creation date in system admin. When doing our inactive logins for security purposes it would be much easier to identify inactive logins that have not changed their passwords if the creation date was easily identified.
Also an other option for reason of deactivation on the UBL would also be a big help.
Doesn't the "Show Inactive Logins" button already do this in System Admin? It shows the last date the user logged in and in some cases, it'll say "Never Logged In" if they've not accessed Trubridge. Although I agree, it would be nice to have an "Other" option to free text the reason when disabling a UBL...the coded reasons listed don't always match the reason.

This would be very helpful to also display in the system admin area as well.
