You can make my life ultimatly better if you could please add the patient address into the NOTES > DEMOGRAPHICS> section so when I build a clinical note I can input the patients address. I can also make myself a letter to send to the patient and be able to pull their address over without copy paste and avoid errors. Please format it as:
PATIENT NAME
ADDRESS
CITY, STATE, ZIP
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THIS WOULD MAKE MY LIFE SO MUCH BETTER.
Thanks for the suggestion! I will take this request back to the team and look into the possibility of adding address as an additional column that can be built onto a custom demographics filter.
