Add QR codes to the MyCareCorner app on the printed portal invite

I love that we are able to print portal invites via Health Information Resource>Portal Management now. I think it would be even better if you could add at the end a statement like, "After you have completed your registration via the link above, scan the QR code below to download the MyCareCorner app to your phone." Then include QR codes to the MyCareCorner app in the Apple and Android app stores.
