Ability to Add Sliding Scale Insulin to Home Medications

It would be great if you were able to attach or add a sliding scale insulin to the home medication list. Many of our patients are on a sliding scale insulin - there is currently no way to enter their specific scale to the medication when entering home medications in the medication reconciliation tab. Our providers then do not know that the patients are on a sliding scale because if the scale is entered within the "comments" section it does not show up when performing the admission med rec. Our patients then struggle upon discharge because when the provider performs the discharge med rec and continues their previously prescribed insulin there is no sliding scale attached to it.
