Our facility has the capability to automatically upload vital signs within the Vitals application into TruBridge when the patient visit number is entered into our Mindray vital signs machine. This is great, however, no users are able to remove the vital signs results if erroneous. They are also not able to edit the vital signs that are uploaded or the position of the BP or method of O2 sat or HR. Could this be changed so that these items are able to be edited?
We are able to edit and/or remove vitals we don't want or that we want to change that come over from our monitors.
