Need pulse broken into 2 different data elements when importing from interface

Our vitals monitors send two rates; (1) heart rate from ECG and (2) pulse rate from pulse ox. When importing from interface, the EMR only has one item: PULSE. If ECG heart rate is 80 and pulse ox rate is 70- there is no way on the import screen for the nurse to tell which number is which because they both show as PULSE.
