Charge Templates - need a report for this information

HISTORY: Charge templates are setup in the following path:

WebClient - tables - control - charge templates - enter the data here.

ISSUE: We need a report to give us the data entered into this area.

Why is this important:

• There is no way to report out the contents of the charge templates

• The current option is a manual review

• There are reports for order sets, protocol etc. - not having a report for charge templates is inconsistent
