Designated Area for CommonWell Enrollment Status

We have been registering patients within CommonWell HIE for many beneficial reasons. We need a good place within the patients profile to denote that they have been registered. It is too lengthy of a process to go into the CommonWell application when registering a patient to verify they have been signed up in CommonWell. Currently we are using Patient Account Notes to denote when a patient is signed up for CommonWell, but the pop up messages get quite messy. Would like a place within the profile to either pull from commonwell, or for the user to denote a Y or N within the profile for ease of verifying if the patient is enrolled in commonwell.
