Allow use of password managers for Thrive Web Client

Password managers such as Bitwarden, Lastpass, and 1Password encourage users to use more secure passwords and should be allowed. Trubridge preventing password managers from being used doesnt solve any real issues. Users on shared computers can still save their password and other users can view saved passwords. The autofill just doesnt work. I think it should be up to each organization to manage their passwords.
