Sign Trubridge executables

CPSI executables are not signed so they cant be whitelisted by publisher when using things like Applocker. For example cptermw.exe is not signed by publisher. Signing executables would make it easier to whitelist Trubridge applications and increase security by not having to whitelist paths or constantly updating whitelists with new filehashes
