It would be highly beneficial to integrate the Problem Management Card from the PDC directly into the Notes Filters. While a filter can currently be created to send problems being addressed today from the Problem Management Card to the body of a Note, many providers find navigating to the console to enter the problem and then refreshing the filter cumbersome. A reverse workflow—where problems could be added directly within the Notes Filter, automatically updating the Problem List and the PDC card—would streamline the process. This change would minimize navigation, reduce errors, and help ensure no information is overlooked.
