When we print eForms from the clinical history, the IP address of the server is also printed in the footer of the page. It would be better if there is a way to disable the IP address from printing. Although it is locally significant, it is better not to have the IP printed in the footer. No other module, such as the flow chart or Notes, prints that information in the footer, and it is not useful for any clinical decisions. Support has suggested disabling it each time we print, but this is not a viable solution. We send these to other hospitals and want to prevent the IP from showing up.
Yes, when printing. It was easier when it was embedded into TUX because it only used IE and you could set the page size, remove headers and footers, allow sites, all at once on that computer. Now it can be used in Chrome, Mozilla, Edge. So it needs the settings changed on all browsers on each computer. If it could be excluded by default, that would save time and be more secure. We don't need any of the header/footer information floating around when we print the Emergency nursing forms and the patient is transferred.
Is this IP address printing in the footer when an Eform is printed from the Eform application?
