Profile Listing & Schedule Communication

Currently the Profile Listing and the Scheduling Module do not speak to each other. Once a patient is scheduled none of the information updated in the profile listing will update on the schedule. This means if a patient calls and updates their phone number then the schedule is incorrect. When printing schedules to do reminder calls the contact information is not accurate and it requires each patient to be opened in Profile Listing to verify information. There is also a risk of a patient missing their appointment due to incorrect contact information. Rescheduling each appointment to update the information or opening each appointment and manually updating the information is not a feasible workflow. All information updated in the Profile Listing should generate to the schedule for current and future appointments.
