Table Maintenance needs Active/Inactive displays and options

All tables need the ability to display Active/Inactive/All. This exists in some locations already like Scheduling Locations and Scheduling Tasks. Other Dream Factory ideas exist for other tables like Physicians and Item Master. It needs to be everywhere that it is possible. Examples: Image Titles, Employers, Service Codes. This would be very time saving as we would not need to click multiple lines to find the active one.

Additional tables need the ability to Disable fields. Physicians and Item Master already have a location for Inactive Date and Termination Date. Examples needed: Accommodation Codes (already Dream Factory Idea), Race Codes - we have been on the system for many years and old codes that should not be used but they cannot be deleted per situation 10175498, Department - we have not had LTC and Assisted Living for over 10 years. This would clean up options for end users so that they cannot select something that shouldn't be used/is already retitled to DoNotUse but they do not read the description and use the code that has been used for years.
