drop charges automatically

Desperately requesting that charges be tied to nursing documentation within the flowchart. Our nurses spend way too much time making sure their charges are in. Their time needs to be spent at the bedside. An additional idea would be to tie charges to order chronology, example: Order for Foley catheter insertion - when the nurse chooses performed in order chron the charge is dropped.... and any way to then tie the supply charge with that would be extra appreciated!

A nurse's primary focus is taking care of their patients, not charge capture.
