We need a report that shows all the DSI alerts that have triggered, not just be able to see the ones that have been acknowledged or commented on.

I want to see every DSI alert that has been triggered with the date/time it was triggered, I want to see to who it has been assigned, and I want to see which ones have been ignored, commented on, and acknowledged with dates/times. If we can't see all this information, we don't know if they are being triggered when they are supposed to be and we won't know what is being done and not done. This should all be on the DSI Dashboard.
