Generate auto error when there is a hung semaphore

It would be very beneficial if the software can generate an auto error when there is a hung semaphore process. These processes cause random, unrelated issues and takes days to try and figure out. And it is usually the site that has to ask if there are any hung semaphore processes and usually once they are cleared all the random issues get corrected immediately.
