I have received many requests from end users to have CPSI implement an automatic MAR refresh. This prompted the creation of multiple tickets, Ticket number- 10146919 and 10034136. This is a patient safety concern not always does staff remember to refresh the MAR using the refresh button provided. There should be a automatic refresh on MARs to ensure staff always have the most updated version so that patients don't accidentally get double dosed.
This depends on how fast the pharmacists can process medications at their pharmacy. I would check with pharmacy directors if this can be implemented at individual facilities.
