We lack a report for NOTEs templates. A simple listing of the templates is the basic need. We need this audit tool. Badly.
We have no way to audit the templates as a list. The remedial given was to group the templates by NOTE type and screen print the list. Reference situation 10212530.
The report should (at minimum) have the following:
Template name
note type
published (Y or N)
creator, create date
last modified date
Field to indicate published, unpublished, and deleted
There need to be options to run the report by point 6. We would need the ability to run the report for published, unpublished, deleted, or for all three options.
The report should simply list out the information as described above.
The need is driven by an template audit that is being done for Joint Commission Requirements. We are updating NOTE templates to Joint Commission Requirements. WE need a system/EHR generated list for documentation purposes.

You can probably just do a SOAP note for acute care big hospitals. You would need a template for each doctor in smaller facilities and ambulatory surgical centers.
To get the needed report, I screen shot the list of NOTEs templates. Then ran the image through an AI application (CHATGPT) to convert image to text. Output to xls.
