When printing notes, the charted date/time needs to print on the note in the header where the patient name, MRN, note type, DOB, and Account # is.

We have some staff who don't always use a template and don't always think of entering a date in their note because they figure there is a charted date/time and that is all they need; however, that charted date/time does not show up on a note when it is printed. That is a huge issue. There is no way to tell when a note is from when it is printed if the person did not enter a date in the actual note. That needs to be changed. The charted date/time needs to print in the header portion where the patient name, MRN, note type, DOB, and Account # currently shows when printing a note.
