Critical Value or Radiology finding communication

When we went through our JCAHO inspection, we found no place to document CRITICAL LAB VALUES OR RADIOLOGY FINDINGS AND COMMUNICATION TO PHYSICIAN on the Nursing Physical Assessment. CPSI should have added this feature, maybe in the Lab Results section, and alerted the RN or LVN to this on the dashboard.
