Need to be able to enter a Smoke End Date without entering a Smoke Start Date in Hea

Not everyone knows when they started smoking but may know when they stopped. Our Providers want to know when the patient stopped smoking and they aren't getting this information from Health History because it can't be entered. Are you wanting users to falsify the Smoke Start date information just to activate the Smoke End Date?
