Documents in MCC should not be easily editable

Currently, some results documents are in *.rtf format. This makes the item instantly editable when then patient downloads from the portal. Documents should all be PDF or a format that is not easily editable. EX: radiology transcription- when downloaded will open in Word or similar word processing app. Patient could very easily and unintentionally make a change to their result and then save and send to a provider.
