Problem List Management

See attachment: When adding to the problem list, make the newest flow to the top and not the bottom. Physicians, etc. have to scroll to the bottom to find what they just added. It should land at the top and they should not be made to assign it a value when adding it. In addition, if time is being taken to add to the problem list, and there is an associated ICD-10 code, why is it not automatically being added to the health history? This is a functionality design flaw and needs addressed for multiple reasons. Then, those items added to the problem list without associated ICD-10 codes, keep the option to add to the health history as current functionality is performed. Thank you.
