We should be able to look up patients by DOB not only in White board but also in Quick Reg. To avoid look alike/ sound alike mistakes that could lead to patient harm.
You can access a Date of Birth lookup from System Menu-Profile Listing, as well as System Menu-Patient List-Master Patient Index. If you are using POC Access-Patient List, the default is Current Patients. You can change to Master Patient Index, and then lookup, there is a Date of Birth option.
