Added confirmation for clearing My patients

Under tracking board, “my patients” at the top of the screen is a button “clear my patients” and once you click that, it goes to another screen “are you sure you want to delete your patient list” and you have to select yes again, instead of just instantly deleting your patient list. Would prevent the accidental click from deleting your list.
