Add weight and Height information entry to clinical screen

We need wieght and height questions completed for A03 and A08 messages that are being transmitted via IF to State of Ark. Dept of Health for IPP reporting of PHR. Can these to areas be added to Registration> Census Clinical for Registration to enter. They usually weigh on admit to ER by registration for Triage. Our ER is a 3rd party vendor and does not reflect in CPSI except as an exported document for the record
