Chief Complaint Onset Date

Make Onset Date a required field in Chief Complaint and have it auto fill in date it was entered. If they use ICD10, it auto populates with date it was entered but if you free text, no date is entered there. Chart - Demographics - Encounter

    I forgot to add, this is required for State of NE Syndromic reporting.
