We need the TruBridge Client Center Support page Create New Situation "categories" to be easier to understand or we need more options or something. I've taken to ctrl+F through the pdf of TruBridge Client Center Support User Guide to attempt to find the right category but still not able to find some of the most common categories like "Report Dashboard" I can't find that category to save my life, it's not anywhere in that User Guide at all so no idea how to get my questions to the right group so I'm always opening Sits and appologizing cause I KNOW it's getting opened to the wrong people but I have no idea how to get my questions to the right people.

I thought it was just me struggling reviewing the TruBridge Client Center Support User Guide (that I have favorited in my files), trying to figure out what topic went under which category only to be to be told "wrong department" & I even start the situation out saying "I'm sorry, I'm not sure if this goes to you or not"
I had an issue with TruBridge Client Center this morning and searched and searched - couldn't find it. Its still under MyCPSI. It's been over a year since the change.
