Improve Batch Scanning\Electronic Signature for scanned documents

Currently when you batch scan, you have to begin by scanning a document, that starts the batch scanning process. We love the ability to send a scanned document for electronic signature. This works exceptionally great for our Sweetwater Clinic. Where we see the problem is when we have a document that is already scanned (ie, faxage or a chart scanned document). Currently we have no way to import a scanned document we have in faxage or EMR chart and process the document for electronic signature. So what we have to do to send a scanned document for electronic signature is print it out again and rescan it in order to start the batch scan process/electronic signature process. Currently there is no other way to send a scanned document for electronic signature, thus this limits us using faxage and slows our HIM process to a crawl
