Have admin gender populate to the patients lab and radiology reports that populate to the patients portal

We have recently had a patient that has transitioned from female to male. We had patient registered appropriately as birth sex female and admin gender male. patient raised some concerns and voiced trauma from opening reports on the patient portal that stated female. Can we have admin gender populate to the reports instead of birth sex especially when they go to the patients portal.
