MSP Questionnaire

For the MSP questionnaire, it is not very feasible to make required fields in the insurance company tables, when you cannot tell which question it pertains too. It would be helpful to be able to know and understand which section goes to which question. In addition, when you make a section of the MSP Questionnaire required when admission staff are answering the questions it would be best if a required field would have an asterisk by the question/answer AND you could NOT change the page until the required field is answered.
