Double Click to Open a Note Template

We have providers who utilize a lot of templates and adding them to their favorites list gets too long. So they go to the template library to find the template they want to use. Instead of the create note button, it would be nice to just double click on the note to open a new note. This could also decrease the incidence of users editing or creating new templates since very often users will click one of those buttons instead of the create note button.
