Ability to change dropdown for eforms

The ability to add/delete answers for existing drop downs in eforms. Currently, if you delete the answers in a drop down, it deletes them on any unlocked form. So to add or take away one answer on a drop down, you must create an entire new one to plug in to each form. This is very time consuming.
