Action numbers should be the \same internally and externally

I was working on a situation today and suggested that the TruBridge employee look at the screenshots in action 8 as those should show her the info she requested. When she was looking at them and reading the info, they were from action 7. It turns out that my action 7 and 8 are her action 8 and 9. It would be really helpful if internal and external action numbers were the same so that when I point TruBridge to information in a certain action that it is actually the right one they should be referring to.
