Smoking Cessation Documentation

Smoking Cessation is only pulled from the Patient Education app. The How to Quit Smoking document must be added to this in order for the Health History to reflect smoking cessation counseling was given to the patient. However, this is also documented under the Health History app for Social History Tobacco/Nicotine products. Our facility also has a current smoking status with smoking eduation if needed on the Initial Physical Assessment. Can smoking cessation be pulled from the Health History instead of patient education documents?
