"Remove" button too close to "Update" in Order Chronology

The Remove button should either be moved further away from the update button or a pop up of something like "are you sure?" appear whenever you click remove? It is way to easy to accidentally click the remove button instead of the update button when putting in orders. Many times you don't even realize you've clicked remove until later when you get a phone call about it.
