Need to be able to customize options in the layout so the flow of how the nursing staff enters and documents on problems flow better. Would like to be able to have a predefined checked box for the Status and remove Not applicable as it shouldn't apply. The current process is double and triple documentation for nursing staff and we need to improve this process!!
Looking forward to talking to you more about current features available for updating the Care Plan using Nursing Problems and interventions vie Order Chronology as both active and passive documentation.
