Enable CSV/Excel Export for CPSI Canned Reports

Request:
Please consider enhancing CPSI canned reports to allow CSV or Excel file exports in addition to the current PDF option.

Background:
Many of the canned reports in CPSI are only available for download as PDFs. While this format is suitable for viewing and printing, it significantly limits the usability of the data — especially when reporting requirements call for a structured file format.

Example Use Case:
When pulling the Room Accommodation report to meet Price Transparency submission requirements, I can only download the data as a PDF. I then have to manually extract and reformat the information into a CSV file, which is time-consuming and introduces room for error.

Why This Matters:

• Exporting to CSV or Excel would streamline workflows.

• It would reduce manual data entry and potential errors.

• It supports compliance reporting needs more efficiently.

• The ability to work with report data in spreadsheet software would make the reports more meaningful, sortable, and actionable.

This enhancement would be incredibly helpful not only for our IT and reporting teams, but also for clinical, financial, and administrative users across the organization.
