Remove favorited note template when template is unpublished

When "unpublishing" a note template, it stays in users favorites list. The user will have to go to template library to remove the star before you can change it to unpublished or it will remian in the users template favorites. Would be great when something is deleted/unpublished that it would remove it from any users favorites list.
