Orthostatic Vitals on Vital signs

Please add orthostatic vital signs to vital signs application underneath vital sign selection

Laying date and time underneath have BP and HR in a separate column place Time and date Sitting underneath BP and HR then a third column add a date and time Standing BP and HR underneath

We would like to be able to change the time and date manually but from the time of the laying VS will auto-populate 2min from laying to sitting and two min to laying VS.

In addition we would like to enter it to the e-form it will automatically pull through to vital signs
