Scanning insurance cards is slow

Inside the web client, the scanning of insurance cards is really slow, just spins. CPSI said that programming is making a built-in way to do these functions eventually, but there is no timetable on it, and there isn't much to speed the process up in TWC., We need this new build soon, please..
