copy order entry answers

quicker order entry process for trauma and/or critical patients in the ED. Currently only the nurses are able to answer the questions and then copy the answers to the subsequent tests being ordered for the patient for the same reason. Providers find it tedious and ridiculous to have to answer the same 4 required questions on every imaging test.
