Providers find it tedious and ridiculous to have to answer the same 4 required questions on every imaging test.
In the Item Master, you can set the Physician Chartlink Questions and Order Entry Questions for nursing/ancillary to be different. But use caution because in order for the physician question/answer to pull to nursing, then it must be in the exact same format in the exact same line.
