In the old thrive ux when in pain procedure note 7 and type in "A" in the name box/any box you could click "A" again and it would go to the next name that begins with an "A" In web client it will not allow us to do this. Support has stated that “users now only need to know a part of the title, and it doesn’t have to be the beginning.” While that may seem like an improvement, it’s actually made things more cumbersome—especially for training new staff and for long-time users who are accustomed to established workflows, they are longer using the description search any more and just using the dropdown, inefficient, and time consuming.
Restoring tabbing and first-letter search would enhance usability and reduce frustration across departments
