Second Witness on New Drips but Not Every Titration

Would like to see the option to require a second witness on initial starts for drips and new bags, but not required for every titration. We do not have the staff to support a second witness for every titration, which prohibits us from being able to utilize this safety feature as broadly as we would like. Maybe the second witness could be tied to the scan of the medication for the drips it is enabled on? Thanks!
