Problem Management Card Order for problems treated this visit

It would be nice if when the providers are clicking on the flag to signify treated this visit that they go in the order that they click on the flags and not the original order that they were on the problem list, because most likely they will end up moving them around, and they shouldn't have to. Logically, you would think that they way you click on the flag would determine the order they were treated. You would also think that when you enter new problems in the problem management card that they would fall in the order that you enter them, which doesn't seem to be the case.
