Please look into integrating other signature pad options with the TruBridge EHR. I would like to order new signature pads for our inpatient unit, but per IT, the only ones integrated and able to work with our EHR Web Client are the Topaz signature pads and they are not user friendly or easy to write on.
We have started using a tablet for signing pre-op consents, etc.. The patients just use a stylus to sign the screen (in web client). Not sure if that fits your scenario but it is an option!
