Add PDF View Button To Web Client Scans

In the CPSI client, there is an option to view a scanned document as a PDF which opens outside of CPSI. The button allows the user to open the scanned document in Reader so they can copy information to speed up the admissions process. The web client does not have this option, you have to save the scanned document as a PDF to open it which adds 3 steps. My users would like the PDF button added into the web client.
